Paul inspected our new property for us, he was incredibly thorough and we appreciated his explanations as first time home buyers. He never makes a question feel like a silly one. He suggests types of fixes based on your comfort level and abilities to do said fixes. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a home inspector who will tell you the honest truth about your home.

Paul is THE home inspector that YOU deserve. He is not only a consummate expert at what he does, he also gives you the opportunity to ask ‘stupid’ questions, without any air of arrogance or being condescending.
He is precise, thorough, meticulous, and most of all, gentle. On his work, he is a detective. He is able to see things that you as a homeowner may have overlooked, and that other inspectors have failed to do. He looks at your house in the same lens as a client, looking for every potential deficiency, not just to get a quick buck.
Apart from his mastery of his craft, the thing that sets Paul apart is his ability to educate you without a hint of making you feel what you’re asking is below him. As he said, there are NO stupid questions with him. After a 2 hour session with his teaching ability, I am confident that even a 7 year old will be able to take care of a house. He is like a professor who you wouldn’t want to let down.
After the home inspection, it was clear to us what we needed to do, how much they will cost, what we could potentially negotiate for, and how to take care of our house like our wife.
I cannot recommend Paul and PTInspections enough. He only has 5/5 star ratings for a reason. If anything, he would be a 20 out 5. If you are hesitant or still on the fence about your inspector, this is your sign to choose him.

I can't express enough how amazing Paul is. What makes him stand out is how educated he is about ALL aspects of a house. His ability to explain a home to an individual who has no starting knowledge is outstanding. We have used him twice, and each time he is able to point out and explain various items to watch out for. You can tell when you listen to Paul to explain topics, Paul has a true passion for giving the best information for the clients to appropriately take care of their homes. Additionally Paul is extremely detailed and provides a full, comprehensive report to keep as a reference of a long term guide to care for the home. PT Home Inspections did a great and very thorough job of inspecting our potential home buy - he looked in every nook and cranny, and called out numerous concerns us as new home buyers - I highly recommend this company! Paul was so knowledgeable and to the point. He explained everything so thoroughly and I learned a lot. This was pre-closing inspection and he emphasis he works for you the client, and is protecting you, your wallet and a huge investment. Because of his inspection it became clear that the specific property I was considering had many safety issues and high-priced maintenance issues that were not obvious. Albeit every house is for someone, but this one was not for me. Highly recommend!

Paul is fantastic, and I highly recommend his services. He is very thorough with his inspections and takes the time to answer any and all questions/concerns. We have used PT Inspections for pre-drywall, pre-closing and the 1 year mark with our new home construction. In addition, Paul is a kind, neighborly person.
